Nassau, Bahamas - If your supervisors and managers are leading without strong finance, banking and accounting skills, then ‘Finance for Non-Financial Managers’ (level 1) is a workshop they must attend. This session at the Chamber is scheduled for Tuesday February 7th, 2012 from 9am to 1pm. Clayton Gardiner CPA & Accounting Trainer will share the basic fundamentals of financial recording keeping, utilizing introductory accounting principles. Participants will walk away with greater proficiency in reading, creating, analysing Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Cash Flow Statements and many more. You cannot improve your bottom line, if everyone is not paying attention to the financial records.

Here is another opportunity to push your team members towards service excellence by enrolling in our ‘Maximizing Customer Experiences’ Workshop next Thursday February 9, 2012 in the Chamber’s Main Boardroom from 9am to 1pm. Go beyond excellent customer service to provide excellent customer experience! Cherry Lee Pinder will interactively walk participants through the principles of exceptional service. Each participant will engage in demonstrations, reinforcing their competencies in engaging and exceeding the expectations of each customer. Give your employees the boost they need to deliver great value to your customers.

Not enough time in the day? Struggling to meet deadlines? Is it becoming increasingly more difficult to track the assignments and projects of team members? If you answered yes to any of these questions then, ‘Managing Your Corporate World through Microsoft Outlook’ is a program designed just for you.
