Nassau, Bahamas -  Today’s leader is required to have a myriad of skills and qualities to drive their success in a complex marketplace. It is important that leaders have a clear understanding of their leadership strengths and core values in order to leverage and promote their unique brand of leadership in their circles of influence. No one wants to be branded a weak, ineffective leader, nor an overbearing, harsh one. Find the balance in this provocative, enlightening workshop.


Your managers, supervisors and team leaders will become more effective, better able to direct outcomes and create buy-in if they increase their ability to influence others.

This course provides systematic methods to develop the skills required to persuade others to follow their lead. Participants will be equipped with essential tools to strategize and employ effective techniques required to win others to their way of thinking.

On Saturday November 19th beginning 9:00am until 1:00pm, at the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce Mrs. Kim Welcome, a master trainer working with many high powered organizations, will facilitates this session. Registration for participants is only an administrative fee of $79 for BCCEC members and $99 for non members.
