Nassau, Bahamas - Managerial leadership is a “Business Management Program” that develops Departmental Managers into better leaders and vice versa; and to accomplish shared goals by planning, organizing, leading and controlling resource (simultaneous) in an effective and efficient manner. This session will be Facilitated by Mr. Mark Turnquest on Friday March 9th, 2012 at 9am-4pm. Venue: The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce.
Price for participant: $149.00 Chamber Members and $199.00 Non-Members.
After training is completed, participants are required (based on their job positions) to set “Smart” (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Rewarding, Time-oriented) goals, develop a team, make decisions, solve problems, communicate effectively, use appropriate leadership styles and indicate how they would organize and control resources to attain goals –all in presentation and workshop formats.
