Emotions are a part of our everyday existence; they are the seedlings of our behavior. Research suggests that all decisions originate in emotions. How we feel affects our state-of-mind, our
performance, health and energy. Considering the influence that our emotions have on the selection and quality of our actions, there is a critical need for emotions to be managed.
Large or small, organizations are emotional places, using various emotional strategies to motivate employees’ performance and increase personal job-satisfaction. Emotions do not just effect organizations; they also play a role in their overall structure.
