Then come and participate in The Chamber Institute’s next workshop,
"Performance Management - Creating a System That Works." This event will be held on
September 29, 2010 at the British Colonial Hilton.
This
one-day workshop will outline and demonstrate ways you can create a
performance management system that promotes objectivity, results, and
recognition at work. This workshop will also prepare managers and
leaders to provide effective corrective feedback and coach for
performance.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Develop a performance management system that works for your organization
• Identify types of performance management systems and processes
• Create measurable performance objectives and goals
• Apply techniques for conducting effective performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Demonstrate safe, legal practices in performance management , reviews, and terminations
• Identify strategies to foster good employee relations through rewards and recognition of good performance
