The Chamber Institute Presents: "Performance Management - Creating a System That Works"

Nassau, Bahamas - Are you a human resource professional, office manager, or business owner and you are challenged every day with getting the top performance from your team? Do you hate giving or receiving performance reviews? Does your staff complain that they are unrecognized and unappreciated? 

Then come and participate in The Chamber Institute’s next workshop,  "Performance Management - Creating a System That Works."  This event will be held on September 29, 2010 at the British Colonial Hilton.

This one-day workshop will outline and demonstrate ways you can create a performance management system that promotes objectivity, results, and recognition at work. This workshop will also prepare managers and leaders to provide effective corrective feedback and coach for performance. 

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Develop a performance management system that works for your organization
• Identify types of performance management systems and processes
• Create measurable performance objectives and goals
• Apply techniques for conducting effective performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Demonstrate safe, legal practices in performance management , reviews, and terminations
• Identify strategies to foster good employee relations through rewards and recognition of good performance

Seating is limited so early registration is recommended. Please complete the attached registration form and return it with your payment to The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce by September 27, 2010.

Admission to the workshop is $200.00 for Chamber/BECon Members and $240.00 for Non Members. *A limited time discount of $50.00 per participant

*NB: To receive the group discount, 2 or more employees from the same business must register for the class and submit their registration forms with payment together as a group. The Chamber of Commerce MUST receive all registration forms and payments on or before September 27, 2010.
