ALIV has partnered with the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) to sponsor the Torch Run and Family Fun Day scheduled for Saturday, August 16th. All funds raised from the event will go towards Special Olympics Bahamas. The torch run will begin from the Magistrates Court on Nassau and South Streets at 9:30am and end at Stapledon School. Registration is $20. All law enforcement agencies including staff from ALIV’s Nassau Team will be participating. The event will end at Stapledon School and kick off a Family Fun Day which includes a grillout and games. ALIV announced in May that it has partnered with Special Olympics Bahamas for three years and is the organization’s official telecommunications sponsor.
