BTC Helps C.H. Reeves Imagine The Possibilities

Over 100 Students Honoured for Excellence in Mathematics

Nassau, The Bahamas - Students at C.H. Reeves were honoured today their top students in a special mathematics assembly.

BTC PR Manager, Indira Collie stated that, “We are so proud of the students at C.H. Reeves, who have shown their limitless potential and demonstrated that hard work does pay off. Over one hundred students were honoured today and almost twenty were recognized for their outstanding performance in the BJC examinations. We have been happily supporting this special mathematics assembly now for the last four years. We would like to thank the Principal Mrs. Greta Brown and the mathematics department for the fine work they continue to do to prepare tomorrow’s leaders for the future.”

Twin brothers, Aljero Knowles and Angelo Knowles former 9th graders at the school, both received full scholarships to attend St. Andrews School. They were both recognized for their excellent performance in last year’s BJC examinations.

BTC is deeply committed to youth and education. The company has adopted scores of schools throughout the country. Additionally, BTC has a scholarship program at the University of The Bahamas and is currently working with the University to erect an Innovation Lab and Technology Center.
