A message from Lucas Metropulos, who is known for his community work in The Bahamas.

"I hope you are doing well, and that you are safe. Hurricane Matthew has left quite the damage throughout the Bahamas and in Nassau from the reports I am hearing from people across the island. Thus, I along with a few others have put together a relief fund to raise funds from supporters in the United States and in Nassau to be used towards relief efforts in Nassau.

We have a special interest in helping those families in Grant's and Bain's Town who we have continued to work with, and have been negatively impacted from the Hurricane. Homes and vehicles were flooded, roofs torn off, and many are now facing the daunting task of rebuilding and restoring their lives.

I know you yourself most likely have damage to assess and take care of, thus I ask you only if you can at this time to please consider supporting the fund and aiding those less fortunate in Nassau.
