I spoke a few minutes ago to the Cuban Ambassador to The Bahamas Her Excellency  Ismara Mercedes Vargas Walter to express the Party's fraternal concern and condolences following reports of the crash of a Cuban commercial aircraft shortly after takeoff  earlier today in Havana.
