Jaws Beach Best of the Best Independence Day Regatta

New Providence, Bahamas - The first annual Best of the Best Independence Day Regatta was held at Jaws Beach, Clifton Heritage National Park on Independence Day. 

Sponsored by Peter Nygard, the first Regatta to be held in western New Providence brought together sloops from around the Bahamas including the "Jungless", "Melva B", "Dream Girl", "Unca John" and the "Thunderbird", along with many other sloops for A, B, and C class boat races.
