Nassau, Bahamas - Recently, the Lyford Cay Foundations’ alumni banded together to show support and offer advice to the newest Lyford Cay Foundations’ scholarship recipients at a cocktail reception held at John Watlings. These new Scholars join a family of more than 1,400 bright and talented Bahamians who are already making an important difference in the country.  Lyford Cay Scholars Cherrylee Pinder (Founder, CP Training and Consulting Services) and Vaughn Roberts (SVP, Finance and Corporate Alliances, Baha Mar) shared tips on college life, encouraged the students to work hard, and to return home to contribute to the development of The Bahamas.

The Foundations are honoured to be a part of the college journeys of these 39 young Bahamians as they pursue their educational goals.
