Nassau, The Bahamas - Scotiabank is partnering with The Bahamas National Trust (BNT) as a returning sponsor of their annual Wine & Art Festival.
“Scotiabank is pleased to sponsor Wine and Art for a fifth consecutive year,” said Greg Stuart
Group Head, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Scotiabank. “We encourage the community to support BNT in its efforts to guard and protect our natural resources by attending this noble fundraising event.”

BNT’s Wine and Art Festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29 at the Retreat on Village Road. Scotiabank employee volunteers will manage the entry gate both days.
About The Bahamas National Trust
The Bahamas National Trust is a non-profit organization in The Bahamas that manages the country’s national parks. The BNT’s mission is to conserve and protect the natural resources of The Bahamas, through stewardship and education for present and future generations
The Bahamas National Trust was created by an Act of Parliament in 1959. This historic legislation authorised the BNT to hold, maintain and manage “lands, tenements and submarine areas of beauty or natural or historic interest…as open spaces, or wildlife sanctuaries, or places of public resort.” In 2010, the legislation was updated to formalise the BNT as an official advisor to government and the private sector on development, conservation, and biodiversity issues and policies. The BNT is a non-governmental, non-profit, membership organisation. It is governed by an independent council that includes representatives from the public and private sectors, as well as from international scientific institutions.
