Spence Finlayson gives keynote at Government Ministry staff motivation seminar

The Ministry of Social Services and Community Development recently held their Staff Motivation Seminar under the theme “One Goal, One team” at the All Saints Anglican Church Hall and master Motivator Spence Finlayson, Bishop of Motivation and international motivational speaker , corporate trainer and author , gave a stirring , highly impactful presentation that left the staff wanting for more . He addressed the more than 400 staff members of the Ministry of Social Services and Community Development on topics; delivering excellent customer service, being sensitive to the needs of the clients and the power of teamwork.

The Hon. Melanie Griffin , the Minister of Ministry of Social Services and Community Development said “ trust me folks, he was good and well received ! Truly God-given gift ! She went on to say “Spence Finlayson , not just a master motivator, but someone who is gifted to inspire others to soar above mediocrity to higher grounds where excellence in service and personal development lead to true success.”

Mrs. Phedra Rahming , Under Secretary at the Ministry of Social Services and Community Development , indicated that she was quite pleased with the event and added that the Motivational Seminar proved to be a wonderful way to begin the new year with staff. She added that Mr. Finlayson willingly shared the story of his trials with the audience and provided the guidance and encouragement for the staff to continue to serve with excellence.”
