Notice of Annual General Meeting and Elections
Of The Grand Bahama Chapter of Bahamas Real Estate Association
BREA Members:
Members are reminded of the Annual General Meeting of the Grand Bahama Chapter of Bahamas Real Estate Association which will be held on Thursday, April 29th 2010, at 12:00 p.m., at the Taino by the Sea Restaurant, Jolly Roger Drive. Luncheon reservations are priced at $30.00 per person and will be an impressive buffet. A cocktail social will start at 12noon with lunch being served promptly at 12:30pm.
The Annual Election of Officers and Directors will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote in the elections.
It should be noted that Voting Members unable to be in attendance at the elections may appoint a Proxy for the meeting, such proxy being an officer or other qualified Broker Member in good standing. Proxy votes must be delivered to the Committee at least 24 hours before the elections. For those persons unable to attend the AGM, a Proxy Form and Voting Ballot are herewith attached
