The
LIS PTA is thrilled to announce a new take on the Spring Fling! The 1st
ever LIS Fishing Fling Tournament promises to be a blast! The date is
set for May 21st with the weigh-in and after party at the GB Sailing
Club. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish – so come out and
enjoy a day at sea and test your skills behind the reel!
Anglers
wishing to register will receive a t-shirt, a ticket to the evening
event and entry into the Calcutta. If you’re not up for fishing, come
just for the evening fun! Food, drinks and the big fish weigh-in start
at 6:30pm and will last as long as the DJ spins the music! The evening
will include both a live and silent auction! Tickets will be available
at Island Java Café, The Italian Specialty Store and the LIS office.
To
our Fishing Fling Party-Goers: this year, LIS will be accepting CREDIT
CARD PAYMENTS for auction items (Visa, and American Express only). Yep,
we like to make things easy! See you there!
