Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Employees Recognition Luncheon

VIVA QUARTERLY WINNERS, left toright. Tamara Wilson, Human Resources Manager; Luis Boissard, Employee of the Quarter; Charlene Kemp, Manager of the Quarter; Guillermo Lachapel, General Manager; Gloria Pratt, Assistant General Manager; Carlos Taylor, Supervisor of the Quarter, Timeka Marshall – Employee of the Quarter, and Nicole Sweeting-Bain, Financial Controller.

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Outstanding employees of the first quarter at Viva Wyndham Fortuna beach were recognized during a special luncheon acknowledging their hard work and dedication and commitment to delivering excellent service to the guests of this resort thru March 2010.

The Employee Recognition Luncheon feted the staff in grand style with entertainment and awards, and saw Timeka Marshall, Purchasing Clerk, and Luis Boissard, of the Engineering Department being named Employees of the Quarter ending March 2010.

Other also recognized for their quarterly efforts were, Carlos Taylor, Sous Chef – Supervisor of the Quarter; and Charlene Kemp, Housekeeping Liaison - Manager of the Quarter.

The luncheons are a part of management’s on going commitment to recognizing and motivating the staff.

“These are challenging times and we must work together to ensure our employees are happy and motivated. If our employees are happy they will continue to deliver satisfactory service to our guest, said Guillermo Lachapel, General Manager.

The resort will continue to host an event for its employees to recognize their achievements each quarter.
