Mary DiPasquale has been appointed director of sales for
Grand Lucayan, Bahamas,
a classic Bahamian escape nestled just off the Florida Coast.
DiPasquale
brings over 16 years of hospitality sales experience to her new post,
which will include management of Grand Lucayan’s
leisure and group business development. Based in Plantation, Fla.,
DiPasquale most recently served as director of leisure sales for Wyndham
Hotel Group. She is an expert on the Caribbean market – with specific
emphasis in the Bahamas – thanks to past work
with Radisson Cable Beach & Golf Resort and Wyndham Nassau Resort
& Crystal Palace Casino.
Under DiPasquale’s direction, the Grand Lucayan sales team will focus attention on all avenues to broaden the resort’s reach,
from leisure and group sales to wedding parties, corporate and transient groups, SMERF and specialty market business.
