The patio of Flying Fish is THE place to be on Sunday nights in Freeport. Come out and enjoy "Flying Fish Casual Sundays" every Sunday evening from 5pm to enjoy the Bahamas' beautiful weather on the patio (weather permitting) along with great food and drink, with live entertainment by Tim Tibbitts.

Our bar menu will be available outside waterside all evening and happy hour specials run from 5pm-7pm. Make the best of the last day of the weekend by enjoying a casual atmosphere with great entertainment.  We have burgers, dips, sushi, wings, and more!

Two of them are; Fish Taco: Seared snapper, chipotle lime crema, avocado salsa, pico de gallo, house made fresh corn tortilla, spicy slaw and Burrata Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, reduced balsamic and basil pesto.

For the third year, editor Matt Sulem and the team at “The Daily Meal” (thedailymeal.com) explore and rank the best restaurants in the region.  Flying Fish of Freeport, Grand Bahama debuted on their list for 2016 at #58.  This is what they had to say,  “When it comes to Flying Fish Modern Seafood, husband-and-wife Tim and Rebecca Tibbitts aren’t just the owners, they run the entire operation. Tim is the chef who cooks up lunch foods like a homemade BLTs with house-cured and -smoked pork belly bacon and truffle mayo, or flashier dinner dishes, like crispy-skin snapper with tomato quinoa, king crab, olives, apples, and cucumber or the signature 72-hour sous-vide beef short rib with pine nuts, heirloom tomatoes, basil, and potato gnocchi — but he’s also the guy who sings and plays guitar for restaurant guests on the dock on Sunday nights...
