Pastry Culinary Course in Bahamas 2014 – “Soufflés”

Michelin-starred Celebrity Chef Gianfranco Chiarini was in Grand Bahama recently offering an intimate culinary experience at the Grand Lucayan!

Guests of the hotel, along with local professional and amateur bakers, and food enthusiasts had a hands-on experience with the full-blown dessert connoisseur, through his inspirational pastry course on Soufflé Techniques.
