Bahamian artist Claudette Dean presents art pieces to concert & food drive organizer David Mackey

Bahamian Artist Claudette Dean presents three art pieces to David Mackey in appreciation of his coordination work on the Still Standing After the Storm concert and food drive event in aid of the GB Salvation Army and Red Cross

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - On Thursday December 8th, 2016 one of Grand Bahama's and The Bahamas'  leading artists, Claudette Dean paid a surprise visit to Mackey Media Ltd audio/ visual studio and marketing agency at Grand Lucayan. The purpose of her visit was to present David Mackey Pres & Creative Dir. a token of appreciation of his work on Still Standing After The Storm concert and Food Drive in aid of the GB Salvation Army and Red Cross that took place Nov 25, 2016 at Port Lucaya Marketplace. Ms Dean expressed the following words; "Your generosity of not only spirit, but of time and effort to orchestrate 'Still Standing After The Storm' is a perfect example of shining your light in aid of others. I thought it more than fitting to present you with pieces from my 'Bahamian Sun' collection as a thank-you from one artist to another. Thanks to you Dave and Mackeymedia - keep on shining!"

Mr. Mackey said of the generosity of Claudette Dean; "I am overjoyed to receive such an eclectic art collection depicting our sun shining bright with life, love and inspiration. Claudette Dean's art symbolizes the mission that we are on here at Mackey Media ltd and we are so excited to display it in the reception area of our agency to welcome persons into the artistic light."
