Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - At long last the much anticipated opening of the new Zorbas Cafe and Pastries expansion to Zorbas Restaurant in Port Lucaya is now completed and opens today June 16th, 2016. The completion of this phase of the Zorbas Freeport operation was a dream of founder Gus Vikatos who unfortunately succumbed to illness a few weeks ago. The vision has been carried to fruition by his surviving family members. The hours of operation are 7am to 11pm just as the restaurant. The Cafe features authentic European pastries creatively crafted by their Greek pastry chef/ culinary artist Georgios Kantartzis.
