World Health Month Activities for Grand Bahama Island

Grand Bahama Island - April is World Health Month. Enclosed is a list of  activities planned for Grand Bahama Island put out by the GBHS. 

Key events are the Fun Run Walk, the Official Opening Ceremony during which the Minister of Health & Social Development and a representative from WHO/PAHO are expected to give remarks. There will be a debate with the Toastmasters on April 23, 2008.  This year’s theme for World Health is, “Protecting Health from Climate Change.”
