SkyBahamas Airline has announced a special flight for the Second Annual Andros Business Outlook. The flight leaves Nassau at 7am on Wednesday, May 11 and returns at 6:30pm that day. The Andros Business Outlook is a half-day event running from 8:30am to 3pm.

“I’m an Androsian and I am all about the development of Andros. So that’s why we are partnering with the Andros Business Outlook in this way. This programme is about the ‘Andros Assignment’, to innovate, invest and produce, and SkyBahamas is about innovating, investing and producing in Andros. So it’s a perfect match,” said Captain Randy Butler, president, SkyBahamas.

Under the theme, The Andros Assignment: Innovate, Invest, and Produce, the Second Annual Andros Business Outlook is expected to attract 100 attendees.

Andros Business Outlook 2011 speakers include the following:

· Paul Crevello, CEO, Bahamas Petroleum Company Plc will discuss the potential for the discovery of oil in the Bahamas;

While SkyBahamas does not have a regular flight to Andros, Capt. Butler is excited that his company is able to provide this special flight. He is confident that the Andros Business Outlook will go a long way in generating public interest about the economy of Andros.

“So come join us as we showcase Andros. We want to get people down there to see all that Andros has to offer. And we have a lot to offer. It’s a renaissance. Andros is ready,” said Capt. Butler.
