Freeport, Bahamas - Rooster's presents the Keyonic band this Friday, October 14th starting at 8:30pm.

Rooster's is Grand Bahama Island's newest sports bar and club featuring a large concert stage. Located immediately off the traffic circle past Fishing Hole Road. Relax on the couches, sit at the large bar and watch games on the many TV screens or sit intimately at a private table on the open air dance area.

The Keyonic band is a diverse, energetic, inspired, young group with the zeal and passion it takes to light up any stage. The Keyonic band has it's own unique style, flavor and sound that brings any song or piece of music to life.

The key to success for the Keyonic band is quality, professionalism, teamwork, respect and the right attitude.

Keyonic was formed in June of 2011 by Mr. Clint Saywer initially just to back up a female vocalist out of Nassau, Bahamas to perform at the elite Bakers Bay Club for their American Independance Day celebrations. Mr. Clint Saywer then sought out only the very best to assist him in this venture and it was then that he found Tameco who at the time, was a very prominent musician in Abaco. This was the perfect fit to Mr. Clint Saywer because of Tameco's diverse and musical background.  Tameco had worked with such international artists as Brian Mcknight, CeCe Winans and was also the band director for the Micheal Jackson musical tribute in Freeport in 2009 just to name a few.

Ms. Shatoya Harris came at a time when it could not of been anything short of a miracle or as we say, the final piece of the puzzle. Her unique fire and vocal magic along with her “get it done” attitude, makes it all blend together in perfect harmony. Since then it was an on going musical love affair.

At the time of the Bakers Bay event, it was not the bands intent to stay together or to be an on going entity but the band was so well received, that they were asked to do a repeat performance of the same show the following night.

The band originally started out with three members but has now grown to five with Shatoya Harris and Ray Jay Sands recently joining. Keyonic members include: Clint Sawyer (lead guitar), Ray Jay Sands (bass guitar), Shatoya Harris (vocalist), Chris McIntosh (drummer) and Tameco McHardy (music director).

All of the band members are originally from Marsh Harbor Abaco with the exception of Ms. Shatoya Harris and Mr. Tameco McHardy. The members of the Keyonic band come from all walks of life separately but together fait had it that they unite to produce and cultivate this artistry they posses today.

Don't miss anything,
