Freeport, Bahamas - The Flying Fish Modern Seafood Educational Series continue after rave reviews by patrons.

This Sunday March 3rd participate in our interactive demonstration on Sous Vide Cooking starting at 6pm.

Learn how to make dinner prep easier and tastier with this modern cooking method. Come to learn a few tricks and enjoy dinner. There will be handouts, demos and food. Turn Sunday nights into a learning experience! Check out photos from the last classes on our Facebook page.  It starts at 6, call to make reservations.


MENU to include: 
Spring Vegetables served hot & cold and packed full of flavor from the sous vide cooking, Olive oil "poached" Salmon, Baby Chicken served 3 ways, and Vanilla Panna cotta with Berry consomme.
 

 
Price Info: $75 per person.
