Sunday March 3rd participate in our interactive demonstration onSous Vide Cooking starting at 6pm. Learn how to make dinner prep easier and tastier with this modern
cooking method. Come to learn a few tricks and enjoy dinner. There will
be handouts, demos and food. Turn Sunday nights into a learning

Spring Vegetables served hot & cold and packed full of flavor from
the sous vide cooking, Olive oil "poached" Salmon, Baby Chicken served 3
ways, and Vanilla Panna cotta with Berry consomme.
