On New Year's Day we capped the year off by being named #9 on the Top 50 Restaurants of the Caribbean by Caribbean Journal.

A remarkable run to say the least!  We are overwhelmed.

To all our valued guests, both local and visitor, thank you for continuing to support Flying Fish.  Without your patronage we would not have made it through our first 2 years.

On behalf of all our incredible staff and ourselves, we simply say thank you.
Chef Tim & Rebecca Tibbitts.

The final edits are currently underway on the first episodes of our new TV show called "Caught In Paradise".  Be sure to keep your eyes and ears open for the release date.

Also, January 3rd, Chef Tim appeared as co-host on the Bob Izumi Real Fishing Show nationwide across Canada.  The show gave a great spotlight on Grand Bahama and Flying Fish to thousands of Canadian viewers in every major Canadian market.  It was great fun to shoot and we hope to be able to do it again.

Truffle Night Is Back!

Our supper club series continues on Monday January 19th as we host our annual Truffle Night!  We have secured the last of the white truffles of the season from Italy, along with fresh Perigord truffles from France.  It will be a spectacular evening of luxury as we feature on of the world's most expensive and incredible ingredients.  Call now or email to reserve your spot for this amazing evening!
