flare.

Tibbitts created the savoury courses; and Chef Erika (Graycliff Chocolatier)
and Chef Angel (One & Only Ocean Club) created the sweet courses.
In house sommelier, Rebecca Tibbitts, paired wines for dinner courses.
"It
was an absolute pleasure to have the visiting chefs, their proteges and
2 College of Bahamas culinary students at the restaurant for an epic
event like this," said Chef Tibbitts. "The camaraderie and learning that happened during the
course of preparation and service was so special."
After the event, Chef Angel remarked that, "The
love for food (showcased at the event) could easily change this country
for the good! It is up to us, as chefs, to mentor young culinarians".
The team plans on having another collaboration dinner in Nassau in the new year.
Amongst
a room full of locals, the dinner also hosted esteemed journalists as part
of a familiarization trip to Flying Fish and the island.
