second year in a row, Flying Fish has been awarded a 4 Diamond Award by
AAA. This is an historical first for the
island. Listed amongst famous American
restaurants like Aureole (Las Vegas), Gramercy Tavern (New York City) and
Morimoto (Philadelphia), Flying Fish has been recognized for superior food and
service quality.
The AAA/CAA
brand, AAA Approved designation for hotels and restaurants and Four Diamond
Award and Five Diamond Award ratings are among the most well-known and

AAA/CAA Diamond Ratings give

pass an unannounced, on-site evaluation. Hotels must provide acceptable

the AAA inspector reviews an extensive list of attributes to determine the
appropriate rating level, on a scale of One to Five Diamonds, based on the
