Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas - We're serving up something special to ring in the New Year at Flying Fish Modern Seafood!


Choose either our Classics Menu or our Best of 2014 Menu, featuring the kitchen staff's favorites from the menu in 2014.
Each menu is available for $140 per person

Flying Fish New Year’s Eve 2014 Menus

"THE CLASSICS"
1st
Jumbo shrimp “cocktail”, horseradish gel, tomato caviar, lemon air, cucumber curls, celery


2nd

Wakame salad, Alaskan king crab, avocado, mango, cucumber, sweet soy reduction, crispy rice


3rd
Grilled calamari, roasted garlic, tomato, caper, kalamata “olives”, brown butter powder, caramelized lemon


4th
Seared Mahi Mahi, coconut rice, thai mango salad, sweet chili sauce


5th

Signature Beef Short rib, 72 hour sous vide, smoked garlic mashed potato, braised celery,

carrot textures, beech mushroom


6th
Study of Citrus - orange panna cotta, lime curd, lemon curd, blood orange gel,

grapefruit gel, candied kumquats, fresh citrus salad,

lemon poppyseed crisp, crispy citrus peel, blood orange sorbet


7th
Chocolate custard, white chocolate strawberry truffle, chocolate cookie crumble,

strawberry salsa, chocolate walnut bark
