OAS and El Salvador Sign Agreement for Electoral Observation Mission

The Organization of American States (OAS) and El Salvador today signed
an agreement for the deployment of an Electoral Observation Mission to
the February 3 presidential elections.
Representative of El Salvador, Carlos Alberto Calles, highlighted the
contribution of the Observation Missions to the strengthening of
democracy in the country. “The participation of the OAS Electoral

Eleazor “Barber J” Johnson on his untimely passing. Both the sailing
