Flying Fish
Educational Series continues with a Supper Club event in the theme of a
Japanese Kaiseki meal. The Flying Fish team present their take on a
multi-course with very traditional Japanese ingredients. This
one-of-a-kind meal will be a real treat on
Monday, February 24th. This meal will be very special. A twelve course tasting in the
traditional kaiseki style. Chef Tim has amazing Japanese ingredients coming
including uni, unagi, hamachi kama and hokkigai. There will be a lot of amazing dishes
done in a very traditional style with Flying Fish flare.
