Eight Mile Rock suspects arraigned on drug charges

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Patrick Pyfrom Jr. age 28 years of Yorkshire Drive, Jaran McIntosh age 30 years of SeaGrape, Eight Mile Rock, Steven Smith age 23 years of SeaGrape, Eight Mile Rock and Tavares Moss age 29 years of Bartlette Hill, Eight Mile Rock, were all arraigned on Monday 21st November 2016, before Magistrate Constance Delancey in Magistrate Court #10 in New Providence on Possession of Dangerous Drugs with the Intent to Supply charge. Steven Smith pleaded guilty and was sentenced to (3) three years at The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services. The others pleaded not guilty and the matter was adjourned to the 16th February 2017.

This is in connection to the incident reported on the 17th November 2016 in Grand Bahama.
