Police and the Fire Department on the island of Harbor Island Eleuthera are investigating the circumstance surrounding a fire that caused damage to a motor vessel on Saturday 27th June 2020. 

According to reports, sometime around 12:35pm, a 66 feet fiberglass sunseeker motor vessel called Vanish was dock at the Valentine Resort and Marine was engulfed in flames. Officers responded and tried to extinguish the flame but to no avail...

Police are investigating the circumstances of a plane crash which occurred Saturday, 21st March, 2020 in water off Eleuthera Island.

RBPF: Police investigates shooting incident on the island of Eleuthera - Feb 4, 2020 - 10:24:27 AM

Police on the island of Eleuthera are investigation a shooting incident Monday, 3rd February 2020, which has left two adult males with injuries.   

According to reports, shortly after 9:00pm, the men were sitting in a yard in the settlement of Green Castle, when they were approached by an armed man who shot them before running away.  Both men were airlifted to New Providence for further medical attention. They are listed in stable condition.

Police on the island of Exuma have recovered a quantity of dangerous drugs and stolen items and have taken six men into custody, Monday, 27th January, 2020.

According to reports, shortly after 8:00pm, Exuma Division Officers, acting on intelligence, conducted a search of a home at Hooper’s Bay and recovered a small quantity of suspected marijuana and an assortment of coins believed to have been stolen from a food store on that island...

Reports are that on Thursday 6th June 2019  shortly after 6:00am, police were called to Forrest Drive, Abaco, where a black Mazda vehicle and a red and black Honda motorcycle were involved in a head on collision. Reports are that on Wednesday 5th June 2019 shortly after 10:00am, an armed culprit while in the Treasure Cay area, held up and robbed a female of her handbag that contain personal items before fleeing the area in a dark colored vehicle.

Reports are that on Sunday 2nd June 2019 shortly before 3:00am, police were called to a resort on the island of Bimini where it was reported that a group of Mexican nationals all males, were involved in an altercation with a Dominican national (male). The Dominican national was reportedly beaten about the body. He was taken to the Bimini Clinic where he was seen by doctor and is listed in serious condition.
