RBPF GBI: Business robbed on Pioneers Way and 2000 Chevy Malibu stolen

Freeport, The Bahamas - Police in Grand Bahama are investigating two armed robberies:

The first incident occurred on Sunday 1st March 2015 shortly after 7:00pm, police received information that a business establishment located on Pioneers Way was held up and robbed by a lone gunman who was described as having dread locks and wearing an orange or red coverall.

The second incident occurred on Sunday 1st February 2015 shortly before 8:00pm, police received information that a male while in the Bass Lane area was reportedly robbed of his gold 2000 Chevy Malibu vehicle by a lone gunman who was described as wearing a dark colored hoodie with an orange coverall. The 2000 gold Chevy Malibu vehicle was later recovered by police.

Police are aggressively investigating all matters.

Police are investigating and are appealing to the general public for anyone with information that can assist the police to contact them at telephone numbers 350-3107/8,911/919 or call your nearest police station.
