ALLEGED DROWNING

Reports are that on Friday 4th January 2019 shortly after 2:00pm, police were called to the Deadmans Reef Beach, where it was reported that a male while snorkeling in waters, began experiencing difficulties and was later discovered unresponsive. Emergency Medical Personnel along with the doctor from the West End Community Clinic were called to the scene and pronounced him dead. Police are actively investigating this matter.
