RBPF Grand Bahama: Armed robbery - Operation Night Life

Police on the island of Grand Bahama need your assistance in locating a male culprit, responsible for an armed robbery on the island of Grand Bahama

Reports are that on Thursday 30th May 2019, shortly after 12:00am, a lone mask gunman reportedly entered the parking lot of a business establishment, held up and robbed the employees of cash, jewelry and other personnel items before fleeing on foot.

Police are investigating this matter and are appealing to the general public for any information that can assist in this investigation, to call the Central Detective Unit at telephone numbers 350-3107 thru12, 911/919 or call your nearest police station.

Operation “Night Line” – Grand Bahama

Reports are that on Thursday 30th May 2019 shortly after 1:00am, officers of Operation “Night Life” consisting of Police, Custom and Immigration officers, while armed with a search warrant, went into a business establishment on East Sunrise Highway, and discovered on the floor of that establishment a .40 pistol with a magazine containing (11) .40 rounds of ammunition, (12) persons were taken into police custody and are assisting police with the investigation into this matter.

Officers of the Mobile Division arrest a number of persons for dangerous drugs and outstanding warrants

Reports are that on Wednesday 29th May 2019 sometime between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, officers of the Mobile Division arrested a number of suspects for dangerous drugs and outstanding warrants issued by the Magistrate Court.

POLICE ARE APPEALING TO ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING ANY CRIME, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT (THE TIP) MAY SEEM, TO ANONYMOUSLY CALL POLICE AT 919 OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 328-TIPS (8477) (NEW PROVIDENCE) OR 1-242-300-8477 (FAMILY ISLANDS) OR THE CENTRAL DETECTIVE UNIT AT 350-3106/12.

CRIME PREVENTION TIP – TAKE A STAND AGAINST ILLEGAL FIREARMS BY COOPERATING WITH THE POLICE IN PROVIDING INFORMATION REGARDING THE WHEREABOUTS OF ANY ILLEGAL FIREARM.
