RBPF Grand Bahama: Police seek public's assistance in locating a male culprit responsible for an armed robbery

Police on Grand Bahama are actively investigating an armed
robbery that occurred on Friday 28th June 2019.

Reports are that shortly after 4:00pm, police responded to a call, that a lone male had walked into a business establishment on Yellow Pine Street, armed with a handgun and demanded money from the cashier and a customer. Both persons complied and he made good his escape on a bicycle.

Police are actively investigating this matter and are appealing to the general public for any information that can assist with this investigation, to call the Central Detective Unit at 350-3107 thru12, police emergency number # 911/919, or call your nearest police station.

POLICE ARE APPEALING TO ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING ANY CRIME, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT (THE TIP) MAY SEEM, TO ANONYMOUSLY CALL POLICE AT 919 OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 328-TIPS (8477) (NEW PROVIDENCE) OR 1-242-300-8477 (FAMILY ISLANDS) OR THE CENTRAL DETECTIVE UNIT AT 350-3106/12.
