Freeport, Grand Bahama - Alexander Beneby age 41 years of #194 Scott Avenue, was arraigned on Monday 27th April 2015, before Magistrate Rengin Johnson in Magistrate Court #3 in Freeport, Grand Bahama. He was arraigned on (2) counts of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Dependent. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and elected summary trial (Magistrate Court). The matter was adjourned to Tuesday 28th July 2015 at 10:00am. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence until trial. He was represented by Attorney Wendal Smith.
