Freeport, Grand Bahama - Shervin Sawyer age 24 years of Porgy Bay, Bimini was arraigned before Deputy Chief Magistrate Helen Jones in Magistrate Court #3 in Freeport, Grand Bahama. He was not allowed to enter a plea, a preliminary enquiry will commence on the 1st January 2015 in Magistrate Court #9 in New Providence.
He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence.
This is in connection with the incident that was reported to police on the 13th October 2014 in Bimini.
