Grand Bahama police investigating Eight Mile Rock armed robbery

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Police in Grand Bahama are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday 27th February 2019.

Reports are that shortly before 9:00pm, a male culprit entered a business establishment in Martin Town, Eight Mile Rock, armed with a firearm and robbed the establishment of cash before making good his escape.

Police are actively investigating these matters.

POLICE ARE APPEALING TO ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING ANY CRIME, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT (THE TIP) MAY SEEM, TO ANONYMOUSLY CALL POLICE AT 919 OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 328-TIPS (8477) (NEW PROVIDENCE) OR 1-242-300-8477 (FAMILY ISLANDS).

PERSONAL SAFETY TIPS – If you see or suspect a crime is being committed; pay particular attention to the features of the offender/s and any vehicle/s involved.
