Freeport, Grand Bahama - Marco Smith age 32 years of Hanna Hill, Eight Mile Rock was arraigned on Tuesday 28th May 2019 before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude in the Eight Mile Rock, Magistrate Court, on Attempted Murder charge. He was not required to enter a plea, a preliminary enquiry will commence on the 7th September 2019. This matter is expected to proceed by Voluntary Bill of Indictment. He was denied bail in the Magistrate Court and was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial.
