Freeport, Grand Bahama - An Eight Mile Rock resident is in police custody after he was arrested for a stabbing incident.
Reports are that on Friday 24th May 2019 shortly after 11:00pm, officers of the Mobile Division, while on mobile patrol in the Pine Dale, Eight Mile Rock area, discovered a male with stab wounds to the body near a business establishment. EMS Personnel were called to the scene and the male victim was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital where he is listed in serious, but stable condition.
Quick action by officers of the Mobile Division led to the arrest of a 16 year old male of Take Me Corner, Eight Mile Rock, who is assisting police with the investigation into this matter.
