Nassau, Bahamas - Patricia Hermanns, President and CEO of Family Guardian, has
announced the appointment of Stuart Kelly to the position of Vice
President, Finance Department and Necka Wells to the position of
Assistant Vice President, Group Operations, BahamaHealth.

Mr.
Kelly joined Family Guardian in 2000 and most recently held the
position of Financial Controller. In his expanded role, he will have
responsibility for all finance, accounts and group underwriting
functions.
Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree in Accounting from St. Mary's University, Halifax, Nova
Scotia, and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as, a Fellow,
Lifetime Management Institute (FLMI).

Assistant Vice President, Group Operations
Mrs.
Wells joined Family Guardian in 2010 and most recently held the
position of Senior Manager, Operations. In her expanded role, she will
have responsibility for all group operations functions including claims,
client services, billing, eligibility, and case management.

Mrs.
Wells holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from the
University of Miami along with numerous insurance designations including
Fellow, Lifetime Management Institute (FLMI), which she achieved with
distinction, the AIAA, the ACS in addition to a number of underwriting
and claims certifications, which she has also completed with
distinction.
