Abaco police take 7 illegal immigrants into custody at Sandy Point Airport

ABACO, Bahamas  - Police in Abaco have in their custody (7) illegal Immigrants whom they arrested while at the Sandy Point Airport, Abaco.

Police have in custody (2) female Haitian nationals, (1) male Haitian national and (4) Dominican nationals. The police vehicle also received damages as a result of the collision.


Police along with Immigration authorities are actively investigating this matter and are appealing to the public for anyone with information to contact them at telephone numbers in Grand Bahama 350-3107/8, in Abaco at 367-3437 or 367-2560, or call 911/919 or your nearest police station.
