Bahamas police investigating 2 deaths on 2 separate cruise lines

Police in Grand Bahama and Abaco are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of two individuals on two separate cruise lines.

The first incident occurred on Sunday 31st May 2015 around 11:30am, police received information of a death on board a cruise line anchored off Castaway Cay. Reports are that a Caucasian male who was a crew member on board the cruise line was reported to have been found dead.

The second incident occurred on Monday 1st June 2015 shortly after 6:00am, police received information that the lifeless body of a female crew member was reportedly found dead on board a cruise ship while in Bahamian waters.

Police are actively investigating these incidents to determine the exact cause of death.
