ABACO, The Bahamas - Police in Abaco are investigating multiple structural fires in the Pigeon Pea area, Marsh Harbour, Abaco.  The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday 31stofficers received information that there was a structural fire in the Pigeon Pea area that is predominantly a Haitian Community.

Officers and local fire volunteers responded and the fire was eventually brought under control, however a number of the homes were destroyed. Officers also pulled two charred remains from one of the destroyed homes.

Police and fire personnel are actively investigating this matter.  December 2013 around 9:30pm;
