RBPF Abaco find $25,000 worth of drugs

Abaco, Bahamas - Police in Abaco discovers suspected drugs valued at $25,000.00.

Reports are that on Tuesday 12th August 2014, Officers while on patrol in Dundas Town, observed a group of males near a building acting in a suspicious manner. Officers stopped and the males fled the area, upon searching the surrounding area officers discovered a white plastic bag containing a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine.

The estimated weight is 2.6 pounds and its estimated street value is $25,000.00.

No arrest was made in this matter, investigation is continuing.
