Long Island police investigate alleged suicide

Long Island, Bahamas - According to reports, shortly after 7:00am Sunday, 6th May, 2018, police on Long Island, were called to the settlement of Whymms, after a male was discovered in a home, hanging from a rope tied in the ceiling. Local medical personnel were called to the scene; however, they were unsuccessful in reviving the male. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  

An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.

Investigations are ongoing.
