RBPF: Police investigate alleged drowning in waters at Half Moon Cay

POLICE INVESTIGATE ALLEGED DROWNING 

Police are investigation an alleged drowning, Monday 11th February, 2019 which occurred on Half Moon Cay.

According to reports, shortly before 3:00pm, an adult Canadian male tourist, who was a passenger of a cruise ship, was discovered unresponsive, floating in waters at Half Moon Cay. He was removed from the water and CPR rendered. The victim was transported to the local clinic on Eleuthera, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations are ongoing.
