RBPF: Police investigate traffic fatality in Eleuthera

Police on Eleuthera, are investigating a traffic accident which occurred, Tuesday, 17th April, 2018, and has left an adult female dead. 

Reports are that shortly before 6:00pm, a woman was driving a silver Chevrolet Cobalt car on Queens Highway, south of the settlement of Upper Bouge, when she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into bushes before overturning. Medical Personnel were called to the scene and made attempts to revive the woman, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle but, were unsuccessful. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Officers on the Island of Eleuthera, assisted by Traffic Department Officers are continuing investigation into this matter.
